Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 (6-ounce) top sirloin steak

2 French rolls

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 ½ tablespoons olive oil; divided

1/2 tablespoon garlic

1 tablespoon parsley

Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

Pour about 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil over the steak and rub the oil on both sides of steak.

Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper on both sides

Place the prepared steak onto the 4-inch cooking rack in your NuWave Oven

Cook on “High” setting for 6 minutes per side.

Remove the steak from oven and set aside to cool

Cut the buns open and place them on the 4-inch cooking rack.

Toast the buns on “High” setting at 325°F for 4 minutes

While the buns are toasting, mix garlic, mayonnaise, parsley, and remaining olive oil into your blender and blitz until ingredients are emulsified.

Once the steak is rested, cut it into 1/4 inch slices against the grain

Spread the prepared garlic mayonnaise over the toasted bottom buns and place the steak over them. Cover with the toasted top buns.

Serve immediately with a side of French fries or salad
